Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Exam Prep NL provides online services to assist users in exam preparation. Our Service allows users to practice exams through randomized question sets drawn from extensive, exam-formatted question pools, relevant to each course. This allows users to experience a simulated exam environment, practice as often as needed, and confront different sets of questions with each attempt. The questions are organized into weekly, midterm, and end term practices, which may vary per course. The use of our Service is subject to the payment of a one-time fee.
2. Personal Information
In order to use our Service, you will be required to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email, phone number, and address. This information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
3. Fees and Payment
Access to our Services is granted upon payment of a one-time fee. All fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing our Services, you agree to pay the stated fee and to comply with any specific rules or obligations listed in the description of the Service.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please note that refunds are processed at our discretion and will only be issued if we determine that you did not receive the service as promised and Courses bought 7 days before an exam will not be refunded to prevent individuals from asking for a refund after the exams.  Please contact us directly to initiate a refund request.
5. User Restrictions
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you affirm that you will not distribute or share any content from Exam Prep NL or use another user’s account. You also agree not to share your account credentials with anyone. Any violations of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services, at our sole discretion.
6. Links to Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Exam Prep NL. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Exam Prep NL shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
8. Time of Access  
Each purchase of a course grants you access to the course materials and resources for a period of one year from the date of purchase.Access to the course will be terminated at the end of the school year, which is typically defined as the end of the academic calendar or the last day of scheduled classes.
9. Trial Period
During the exam week(s) or any other period of scheduled exams, the course testing will not be available.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
